Action
We started with a detailed breakdown of the existing recruitment process, including a review of all contact and action points. Two goals guided our creation of a new recruiting process: one, securing a high quality candidate process, and two, optimizing the value of recruiters' time. We kept what worked and introduced new elements where necessary.
Result
BLS Capital was able to offer a more personal process. Preparation involved not only psychometric testing and screening, but also getting to know the candidate more deeply, creating more relevant interview process. Debriefings on the selection process were structured and streamlined to benefit both parties, and in particular, candidates not selected felt respected and became great ambassadors for the organization.
